1. Use of Nexor

You must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Users may be able to create, upload, publish, or share content on Nexor.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
Content must not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or Nexor's Content Safety rules.
Nexor may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable policies, or legal requirements.
4. Payments
Certain Nexor services or features may require payment.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Prices and applicable charges will be displayed before payment where applicable.
5. Bank Account Verification
Certain features may require users to verify a bank account.
Bank-account verification may be performed through an authorized third-party verification provider.
Users must provide accurate bank-account information when requesting verification.
Nexor will not ask users to provide confidential banking authentication information such as UPI PINs, ATM PINs, passwords, or OTPs.
6. Verification Fee
Where applicable, Nexor may charge a ₹2 bank-account verification/service fee.
The applicable fee will be displayed to the user before payment.
The ₹2 fee charged by Nexor is a service/verification fee and should not be described as a penny-drop transaction.
Any separate transaction performed by a third-party bank-verification provider is independent of Nexor's service fee.
Refund eligibility for the ₹2 fee is governed by Nexor's Refund Policy.
7. Fraud and Misuse
Users must not use Nexor for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, manipulation of verification systems, fake accounts, misleading activity, or any other unlawful purpose.
Nexor may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
Some Nexor features may depend on third-party providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and availability.
Nexor is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers outside Nexor's reasonable control.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Nexor may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or enforce these Terms and platform policies.
10. Service Availability
Nexor aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.
Features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

Nexor may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
